Web & Digital Content Manager - IF Insurances - Remote - Global

Join us to shape how customers experience our digital content across the Baltics. As Web & Digital Content Manager, you will take ownership of digital content quality, structure and development, helping us create clear, customer-friendly and business-driving communication across our key digital channels. You will combine copywriting, localisation and content design to create clear, customer-friendly content for our website, web shop, app and email communications. You will proactively develop content quality, create structure, drive improvements and ensure a consistent tone of voice while supporting online visibility, customer experience and business growth. You will be responsible for taking ownership of Lithuanian language content and ensuring a consistent tone of voice across digital channels, while adapting and creating master copy in English for Baltic-wide initiatives. You will contribute to and drive the development of digital content strategy to increase traffic, engagement, leads and sales. You will create and localise copy for web pages, web shop, app and customer emails, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, SEO-friendly and aligned with If's tone of voice and quality standards. You will manage and maintain the website content lifecycle through content management systems, from creation to approvals, publishing, maintenance and updates. You will collaborate with product, marketing, communication and e-commerce teams to improve brand awareness, product communication and conversions. You will analyze content performance and turn data insights into practical improvements. You will monitor trends and share best practices in web writing and content marketing.
