Job Description
As a Club Manager at SATS, you will lead and develop a team to create a positive, energetic, and inspiring environment for members and staff. You will be responsible for daily operations, financial results, recruitment, training, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and equipment. The role involves working flexible hours from early morning to late evening and weekends, with a focus on results, team building, and a strong culture of excellence. You will work closely with regional managers and central teams, ensuring the gym's success and a motivating workplace. The position requires experience in sales and leadership, a result-driven mindset, confidence, and excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
