Construction Supervisor in Infrastructure Sector - Autio Oy Infrapalvelut - Helsinki, Finland

We are looking for a practical and firm construction supervisor for the Uusimaa region, who wants to take control of the construction site and ensure that work progresses according to plans. Later, the work may also include travel. In this role, you will have a real impact, not just sitting in an office, but engaging in hands-on work, making decisions, and taking responsibility. The work starts immediately. What we expect from you: · At least technical education in the construction field · Experience in site supervision in infrastructure projects · Ability to manage the entire construction site and keep control · Natural approach to guiding workers and subcontractors · Proficiency in Finnish and English · Driver's license It’s a plus if you have: · Experience in the infrastructure sector · Experience working with multicultural teams Willingness to also engage in practical tasks if needed We offer: · Permanent, indefinite employment contract (6-month probationary period) · 40-hour work week (generally from 7 am to 6 pm) · Responsible and independent role where you can truly influence · Practical work environment where action matters.
