Industry Principal (Oil & Gas) APJMEA - IFS - Remote - Global

We are seeking a visionary Industry Director to lead IFS's growth and establish market leadership within the Oil & Gas industry. You will be instrumental in defining our industry-specific solutions, driving strategic customer wins, and positioning IFS as the premier partner for digital transformation in this vertical. As a senior leader with extensive experience interacting at an executive level, you will own the growth strategy and combine deep domain insight, solution expertise, and business acumen to influence customers, guide product direction, and orchestrate successful go-to-market execution across the organization. Key Responsibilities include owning and leading the global strategy for the industry, representing IFS at major industry events, defining value propositions, engaging with C-level stakeholders, collaborating across departments, translating industry needs into solutions, developing go-to-market strategies, building relationships, and equipping teams. Qualifications include being a visionary, results-oriented leader with significant expertise in the oil and gas industry, experience at senior director or partner level, success operating at a strategic level, ability to build relationships, strong commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.
