Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise is responsible for owning Nebius/Tavily’s enterprise product roadmap and the platform behind it, including identity, access control, quotas, usage observability, policy enforcement, data residency, and API surfaces. You will work with enterprise customers, with customer success, sales, and forward-deployed engineers to translate customer needs into a prioritized product plan. You will turn learnings from accounts into product decisions, distinguish edge-case requests from enterprise-wide requirements, and deliver roadmaps that unblock deals. You will report to the Director of Product in a hands-on senior IC role. Responsibilities include: owning the enterprise roadmap and the platform behind it; making API surface decisions for enterprise use; collaborating with success, sales, and forward-deployed engineering; differentiating single-account requests from repeatable patterns; handing off work to other product areas with actionable evidence; providing sales and marketing with positioning, materials, and product understanding; representing enterprise customers in roadmap decisions with evidence. We expect 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise, B2B, developer platform, or API businesses; experience building developer-facing or API products; platform capabilities for identity, permissions, quotas, usage controls, audit, or compliance; a track record with large enterprise accounts; credibility with technical buyers; strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and retrieval in agentic workflows; the ability to turn many messy customer conversations into one clear, prioritized product argument; and the ability to drive alignment without formal authority. Bonus: background as a forward-deployed engineer or solutions architect; experience in search, information retrieval, or NLP; API-first businesses; experience in regulated industries. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.
