Manager for South Ostrobothnia and Pirkanmaa Funds / Finnish Cultural Foundation - Oy Proselectum Ab - Tampere, Finland

The manager participates in the strategic work of the Cultural Foundation, developing funding for science, art, and culture, and is responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the activities of the designated regional funds. Initially, the manager will oversee the South Ostrobothnia and Pirkanmaa funds, but later may also be responsible for a third region. The primary workplace is in Tampere. The role requires regular travel within Finland. Core responsibilities include implementing the Foundation's strategy in the regional funds, ensuring smooth grant processes, maintaining and developing networks, communication, stakeholder and public event activities, and strategic responsibilities tailored to expertise. We expect a suitable higher education degree, experience in strategic development or expert roles in culture, science, art, or organizations, understanding of grant processes, project experience, strategic thinking, digital skills, fluent Finnish and English communication, initiative, organizational skills, and additional advantages include regional knowledge, network experience, and a driver’s license.
