Job Description
At Framery, we don’t just design office pods, we create industry-leading workspaces where technology and physical design meet. Our mission is to create a better working life for everyone by combining world-class aesthetics with seamless digital experiences. Join Framery as a Senior Product Designer and take a key role in building our digital design foundation. In this role, you will be the driving force and owner of our Digital Design System, ensuring that the premium quality and aesthetic language of our physical products are flawlessly translated into the digital world. Reporting to our Chief Design Officer (CDO), you will establish the libraries and workflows that allow our digital products to scale. Collaboration is at the heart of this mission. You will work with our Smart Office Solutions Product Managers and SW/HW Designers to balance technical feasibility with design excellence. You will also partner closely with marketing to maintain a cohesive brand identity and navigate a diverse landscape of internal and external stakeholders. Together, you will ensure that Framery’s digital evolution remains consistent, impactful, and world-class. As a Senior Product Designer, you will: Develop & Maintain the Design System: Take hands-on responsibility for building a unified internal design system. Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries that ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints. Execute UI/UX Excellence: Design intuitive and polished interfaces, ensuring that the "premium feel" of a Framery pod is present in every pixel. Optimize Design-to-Dev Workflows: Work closely with our frontend developers to streamline the handoff process. You’ll document and improve UI/UX processes to ensure maximum efficiency. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as a key design expert for stakeholders in product management, marketing, and tech support. You’ll be supported by a wide group of experts, ensuring you have the context needed to succeed. Balance Vision with Pragmatism: While we have ambitious plans for the future, the initial phase is very hands-on, focused on building a solid foundation and bringing order to our digital ecosystem. Your Experience and What Makes You a Great Fit: We are looking for a stable, efficient, and collaborative professional who understands that great design systems are built on consistency and attention to detail. You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the experience to navigate a complex, evolving environment. We hope that you have: Proven Design Experience: A strong background in UI/UX and a portfolio showcasing refined digital products and systematic design thinking. Design System Expertise: Deep knowledge of Figma and experience in building/managing component libraries. You understand how design translates to code. Hardware-Software Context: Experience in designing for complex ecosystems (e.g., mobile devices or smart hardware) is a significant advantage. Collaborative Mindset: You are an excellent communicator who can explain interaction models to developers and align with the needs of various business stakeholders. Resilience: You have a calm and steady approach to work, with the ability to bring order to a fragmented ecosystem. Language Skills: As English is our primary working language, we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable and confident communicating in English, both in writing and in person.
