Working hours available are 102 h / 3 weeks. As a restaurant manager, you are responsible for the restaurant's supervisory team as well as the restaurant's overall operation and result. You are responsible for your staff's competence, well-being and training. You ensure that the work and operation in your restaurant corresponds to our chain concept. Your job description also includes tasks related to recruitment and employment issues. You will be assisted by a mentor restaurant manager as well as your own regional manager who also acts as your immediate supervisor and a strong chain organization.
