Project Coordinator – Contribute to project success and customer satisfaction - Voimatel Oy

We are looking for a Project Coordinator in Kokkola / Ylivieska. This is a permanent position to work independently and as part of the management network team in project coordination tasks. The projects will be located in the Ylivieska area. You will be responsible for coordinating network construction projects efficiently and customer-oriented within the scope of each project agreement, considering customer, stakeholder, and legal requirements. You will participate in subcontractor management and, if necessary, in planning tasks. Your duties also include material procurement related to project execution, ensuring safety at work, risk management, planning and executing subcontracting, and financial finalization. We expect from you: - Relevant education, e.g., telecommunications, electrical, or construction engineering studies at the university of applied sciences or equivalent work experience in the field - Prior experience of at least a few years in project management or planning roles in the field is considered an advantage - Good organizational skills, thoroughness, and accuracy - Initiative and a proactive work attitude, good social skills - Ability to work with different people - Proficiency in common office software - Good spoken and written Finnish; other language skills are an advantage - Willingness to travel to project sites, a valid B driver’s license is mandatory - Passing customer security clearances is required for the selected candidate.
