Salesperson (Swedish language) - Markkinointiviestinnän suunnittelutoimisto Mainio Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for an expert salesperson for the Swedish market. Mainio, a marketing communications agency, is seeking a salesperson to assist our client in opening the Swedish market as part of an internationalization project. Our client offers services related to industrial automation solutions. The work is conducted via phone, email, and video conferences from Finland within a Finnish work community, where support and assistance with products and sales are available. The role involves contacting potential clients, needs assessment, and closing deals together with the client. Since you will be stepping into a new role and entering a new market for the company, previous experience in sales and fluent skills in Swedish and either Finnish or English are required. Experience with the Swedish market and technical sales is considered an advantage. You will mainly communicate with persons responsible for software development, such as a technology director, product development manager, or similar programmer. As a bonus, you may also be assigned other sales tasks once the project is underway. We offer a position in downtown Tampere, support and tools for work, and the opportunity to be involved in creating something new. The role may naturally expand to include responsibility for Swedish business operations. We will discuss with applicants during the application period. Salary is a fixed monthly salary plus success-based commission.
