Outdoor area maintenance worker

We are currently seeking a maintenance worker for outdoor areas for customer sites in Mikkeli. The role involves upkeep of outdoor areas at varied customer sites, including exterior property care, machine snow removal and gritting, hand shoveling, lawn and shrub trimming, roof and gutter cleaning, and flagging. There is also usage of machinery such as Wille machine where applicable. Shifts are typically weekdays 7:00–15:00, with flexibility as some call-outs and waste rounds may occur on weekends and winter snow removal may begin before 7 a.m. This permanent full-time position (37.5 h/week) starts on 1 October 2026. The compensation follows the Kiinteistöpalvelualan collective agreement, pay grade 4, at 13.88 €/h, with possible shift premiums based on actual hours worked and education-based allowances according to completed qualifications. Personal additional pay based on competence is possible.
