Bilkompis is a Finnish car import specialist that brings high-quality, carefully selected passenger cars from Europe, especially Sweden and Germany, directly to customers—easily and reliably. We sell the imported cars directly to Finnish car dealerships. We do not maintain our own stock. Based in Espoo, with offices also in Lahti, Stockholm, and Hamburg. We are looking for an experienced used car purchasing manager! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing quality used vehicles, mainly in Germany, with active negotiations and relationship building in the German automotive market. You will use English in your work, but German skills are a strong advantage. This role does not involve buying cars at auctions. We expect you to have experience in purchasing, evaluating, and understanding used cars, with a broad knowledge of specifications and technology, and a network in the German car market. You should have solid commercial understanding of the Finnish used car market and valuation, including import taxes. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Finnish, English, and German are required. You must be precise and capable of producing reliable results, with proficiency in modern information systems and a valid driver’s license.
