Job Description
As a registered nurse at Silverbacken, you will engage in meaningful work within a small care home unit that combines comprehensive nursing, responsibility, and close multidisciplinary collaboration in the natural environment of Kemiönsaari. Your tasks include overall nursing care, leading and guiding nursing work, medication management, communication with relatives and partners, student supervision, and professional development. Work is in Finnish and Swedish, mainly day shifts with some evening shifts. We offer an independent, responsible role in a small unit with tailored orientation and quick integration. We expect strong expertise in elderly residential services, good interaction and customer service skills, familiarity with social and health care information systems, RAI expertise, and a valid LOVe medication license.
