People Operations Specialist – France & Employee Lifecycle - Mirakl - Remote - Global

You are joining the People Operations team on a 12-month contractor mission at a pivotal moment. As we automate and redesign our HR processes, we need someone who can ensure operational excellence for our France population of nearly 400 employees, so the team can focus on transformation without dropping the ball on the day-to-day. You will be the operational backbone for France HR, working with payroll, employee lifecycle management, and employee records. Manage onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility for France-based employees. Produce employment contracts, amendments, and certificates. Support managers and employees on HR matters, ensuring excellent employee experience. Requires 5+ years in French personnel administration and payroll, strong French employment law knowledge, experience with payroll management, and advanced English proficiency. Position based in Paris or Bordeaux, 4 days on-site.
