Job Description
We are looking for a technical property caretaker to perform property maintenance tasks in housing companies and properties. In this independent role, you will be responsible for the functionality of clients' properties and various maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks. Your work area is located in Espoo. Working hours are weekdays Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 15:30. Initially, you will be employed through Eezy for a fixed-term contract of 6 months, after which you may have the opportunity to become a permanent employee with our client. The work begins as soon as a suitable candidate is found. We expect you to have previous work experience in similar tasks. You must also have a B driver's license and fluent Finnish language skills. You are proactive, customer service-oriented, and capable of working independently.
