In Hämeenkyrö municipality, in the eastern part of basic education, a class teacher is sought for a permanent position starting August 1, 2026. The primary placement is at Heinijärvi School. Applicants are expected to have teamwork skills (including co-teaching), classroom management skills, readiness to teach all primary school grades, knowledge of the reform of learning support, studies in educational administration or the ability to acquire sufficient knowledge in educational administration, and studies in multi-material craftwork. The position initially includes craftwork teaching and deputy principal duties. Eligibility is determined according to Regulation 986/1998. Original certificates of eligibility and employment must be presented at the interview. A four (4) month probationary period applies. The appointee must provide a criminal record extract concerning work with children, as required by the Act (504/2002).
