We are looking for shift managers to join our team at the new McDonald's restaurant opening in Kivistö, Vantaa, in late 2026. The role of a shift manager is diverse, including tasks such as leading employees during shifts, developing customer satisfaction and operational activities, and continuous coaching. In addition to daily operational responsibilities, supervisors have the opportunity to take on various interesting responsibilities, such as inventory management or training-related tasks. The brand-new McDonald's restaurant in Kivistö, Vantaa, will be part of the Karhuperhe restaurant group, which also includes restaurants in Porttipuisto and Tuupakka in Vantaa, as well as in Porvoo.
