Job Description

We are now seeking full-time Customer Service Specialists for our customer support team. If you are an engaged person eager to learn everything about stock trading while providing world-class service, this role is for you. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be Nordnet's voice outward. You will work in a driven team at our office in Stockholm, helping customers via phone and email with questions about stock and fund trading, declarations, borrowing, and pensions. Your daily tasks include providing first-class service, guiding customers on our app and website, helping them maximize their savings, working towards clear KPIs, and contributing to our team spirit through feedback. The ideal candidate has a high ambition level, a strong interest in service and finance, experience in customer service, an academic degree in economics/finance, and fluency in Swedish and English. You are responsible, solution-oriented, and motivated to exceed customer expectations.
