Project Manager Hes-Pro, Kaarina - Hesburger - Remote - Global

We are seeking a motivated and organized project professional to strengthen our team at Hes-Pro in Kaarina. The project manager will mainly work on production development projects. The role is new, so the job description will be refined gradually. It is a permanent, full-time (40h/week) position, primarily day work. The salary is between €3500 and €4000 per month, depending on experience and education. The project manager is responsible for coordinating projects from planning to implementation, maintaining project documentation, monitoring progress, developing project tools, managing changes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the value chain. Key projects involve product, process, and packaging changes, equipment modifications, and operational method updates. Requirements include previous project management experience, food industry background, and education in food, bio, or materials engineering.
