Job Description
Finavia leads and develops 20 airports in Finland, providing smooth and high-quality services to airlines and travelers. We are committed to responsible operations and sustainable air travel. We are looking for customer service agents at Kittilä Airport for winter 2026-2027. Your role involves ensuring smooth travel for each customer, assisting with security checks, guiding passengers, and maintaining terminal order. The job includes security screening, passenger guidance, and terminal supervision, requiring normal color vision. The position is shift work, with security and drug testing. We seek positive, flexible, organized team players who can handle fast-paced situations and communicate in Finnish and English, with other languages as a plus.
