Receptionist, Ruka Safaris Oy The Iisakki Village area is a replica of the courtyard of Iisakki Rajala, which was located at Paanajärvi. The area features many atmospheric old log buildings, relocated to their current location with respect for tradition but modernized. Inside the log buildings, there is a comprehensive range of services, reception with alcohol licenses, accommodation options for various tastes, saunas, Iisakki House restaurant, as well as activity services and fire pits. We are looking for a skilled receptionist to join Ruka’s top team! Your duties include a variety of reception tasks from making reservations to welcoming and checking out guests. You will ensure their comfort during their visit and be present for them. We require previous work experience as a receptionist. You should have excellent customer service attitude and a genuine desire to learn and develop, so you will excel in the role! We offer a unique opportunity to work with a top team. What do we expect from you? * A smile that doesn’t fade in customer service situations. * Previous experience as a receptionist. * Ability to work independently but also a strong team player. * Experience with hotel systems and familiarity with Microsoft systems is considered an advantage. * Having a car and driver’s license will significantly facilitate commuting, as the workplace is in an area where personal transportation is beneficial. * Finnish and English language skills are essential.
