We’re now looking for a sharp, self-starting Team Lead, Field Marketing Manager to take the reins across Northern Europe, covering the UK & Ireland, Benelux and the Nordics. Based in London and reporting into the EMEA Field Marketing Director, you’ll be the go-to marketing leader for the region, helping drive awareness, generate pipeline, and fuel customer advocacy. This role is equal parts strategist, orchestrator and executor, with a bit of magician thrown in for good measure. You’ll: Build and execute local marketing plans that align with our global strategy but feel anything but templated. Own the regional marketing budget (yes, all of it), ensuring we spend wisely, efficiently, and with impact. Develop programs that speak fluently to C-level execs, hands-on IT operators, and everyone in between. Partner with our sales teams, global MSPs and local channel heroes to maximise coverage and influence.
