Are you interested in managing interesting and diverse earthworks projects related to sports facility construction? We are currently hiring for two Senior Construction Supervisors for Saltex Infra projects. Responsibilities: You will oversee the management of sports facility construction projects for Saltex Infra. Projects are located across Finland, so your residence can be anywhere. The role requires presence on-site during the construction season (April to December) 4-5 days a week, so travel must suit your personal situation. The other person may primarily work in southern Finland. As a Senior Construction Supervisor, you will handle project scheduling, participate in procurement, supervise workers on-site, collaborate closely with subcontractors, lead site meetings, and monitor project progress in terms of work and costs. The role can be tailored based on your skills and interests, potentially including tasks such as contract calculation and planning.
