Solutions Engineer - SweatPals - Remote - Global

At Sweatpals, our mission is to help people build real connection through movement — and empower the next generation of fitness entrepreneurs. We connect hundreds of thousands of “Pals,” hosts, and gyms through events, memberships, and social features. We believe working out should be joyful, social, and inclusive — not just a solo grind. Sweatpals provides tools for local leaders to grow their fitness communities from side hustles to full-time businesses. The Solutions Engineer (Success Team) will be the technical partner for hosts, designing integrations, building and debugging implementations, shaping APIs and workflows, and shipping code to unlock value and expedite migrations. The role requires 4–7+ years in software engineering or related fields, strong fundamentals in APIs, webhooks, OAuth, scripting (Python/JS), and an integration/migration mindset. Responsibilities include managing post-sale technical discovery, designing solutions, leading integrations, handling data migrations, troubleshooting, creating playbooks, and partnering with Success Managers. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, clear communicator, and startup-energized. Nice to have experience supporting marketplaces, fitness, or automation tools. Success metrics include faster host launches, stable integrations, clean migrations, and high trust.
