Job Description
We are looking for a worksite engineer to join our digital infrastructure and energy & industrial construction projects across Finland. You will be responsible for ensuring project goals are met in areas such as scheduling, finances, quality, procurement, and environmental issues. Tasks include schedule optimization, cost tracking, quality assurance, and procurement, with an emphasis on circular economy principles. Reports will be produced in Finnish and English. The role requires project management skills, customer focus, systematic and analytical approach, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience with FIDIC contracts is a plus but training is provided. Projects are located throughout Finland, requiring travel readiness.
