Foreman Trainee in the Sawmill Industry Environment - Ysi-Trukit Oy

We are seeking a foreman trainee for the sawmill industry environment. In this role, you will work alongside the actual foreman and participate in practical supervisory tasks as well as organizing daily operations. Our company uses the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) model, and during the internship, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain practical experience in managing industrial operations.
