The Support Center for Disabled Immigrants Hilma operates under the Disability Forum and supports disabled immigrants through counseling, guidance, and peer support. Activities are organized in different regions, such as the Varkaus area. The peer support group meets three times a month in Turku. Each meeting lasts about 2 hours, and the facilitator participates in person. Other tasks are performed remotely and include preparing for meetings, drafting notices for clients, and communicating about Hilma's activities to other parties and stakeholders working with disabled immigrants. Additionally, the role involves participating in Hilma's network collaboration in the Turku area. It is important that you have a good attitude and enjoy achieving goals. Basic computer skills should be natural to you, and Finnish language skills should be fluent. Salary: The full-time salary for the position is €2500/month. The position is part-time (50% work), so the salary paid is €1250/month. Start date is immediate or by agreement. The employment contract lasts until the end of 2026. Applicants must be eligible for 100% wage subsidy through employment services.
