Construction Technical Specialist - Howden Finland Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a fixed-term construction engineer/engineering student for our construction data verification service. As a construction technical specialist, your task is to verify property client data for insurance purposes. The task mainly involves interpreting construction drawings, calculating areas and volumes, clarifying relevant insurance issues, and preparing written reports. You will succeed if you enjoy solving problems, can interpret drawings, understand geometry, are proactive, precise, thorough, and self-directed. The work is primarily full-time, but applications from students nearing the end of their studies are also considered. We expect from you: - Proficiency in geometry and the ability to interpret drawings - Good IT skills (Microsoft Office) - Fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written - Suitable education (construction engineer) The person we are looking for has: - Carefulness and accuracy - Systematic approach and prioritization skills - Initiative - Energetic work attitude - Good interaction and customer service skills This is a fixed-term employment of about one year. The workplace is located in Tampere, and remote work is possible in accordance with company policies.
