Job Description
We build Mir – a high-performance, high-efficiency technology stack for window managers, display subsystems and solutions built on top of it, like Ubuntu Frame. Most software is written in C++, with support tooling in scripting languages. Rust is used as an evolutionary step forward. Candidates should have strong skills in both Rust and C++, with experience in graphics stacks and Linux development. The role involves designing features, debugging, code review, testing, documentation, and community engagement. The position is remote in the EMEA or APAC region, with travel twice a year.
