We are seeking a warehouse worker for a production environment in the metal industry in Nurmijärvi, Uusimaa. The job involves collecting, packing, palletising and moving metal products in indoor and outdoor areas, both by hand and with forklifts. All the heaviest lifts are done with machine assistance, and we value a safety-first approach, preferring to take a little more time to do things safely than rushing. There may also be sawing of metal products at some stage, but the primary focus is on warehousing tasks; experience with operating forklifts is required. The right candidate shows initiative, energy and a willingness to learn. Previous warehouse or metal industry experience is advantageous, and you should have good routine endurance and a safe work attitude. The role involves handling large and heavy pipes and sheets, so if the thought of a big steel pipe makes you uneasy, this might not be your dream job.
