Long-standing customer relationships and extensive manufacturing experience provide a strong position in the market. We are looking for a SALES MANAGER to support our growth in Eastern Europe! In this role, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and building new business for Reka Rubber in international markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe. This is a strongly new-business-driven position, suited for someone who thrives in long-term, goal-oriented and international B2B sales. You will focus on industrial B2B customers, typically mid-sized to large organizations. Deals are high-value, with an emphasis on long-term, profitable partnerships rather than small-volume sales. The role requires frequent travel and face-to-face customer interaction and is supported by a strong internal organization with a structured onboarding process. Key Responsibilities include actively identifying and acquiring new customers, managing long and complex sales processes, developing customer relationships, conducting meetings and factory visits, delivering solution-based sales, collaborating with internal stakeholders, maintaining sales documentation, and increasing brand awareness. Your background should include experience in B2B industrial sales, managing long sales cycles, technical understanding, and fluency in Polish and English. The role offers opportunities to build new international business, with high responsibility, autonomy, and a long-term sales model.
