Construction assistants for temporary work at construction sites in the Greater Helsinki area. We are constantly looking for new construction workers with a positive attitude for various projects and tasks. Vision offers work from single-day gigs to assignments lasting several months. In these jobs, the worker's attitude influences the duration of the assignment. If the work is well done, it is usually recognized on-site, and good workers are kept employed. Job description Through Vision, assignments typically include tasks such as carrying materials, cleaning the site, making protective measures, performing small construction tasks, and manual demolition work. Tasks vary by site but are generally supportive construction tasks, with training provided if needed before starting. Prior experience in different construction roles is a plus, and familiarity with various tools is even better. A basic qualification in construction is also beneficial. The sites are located throughout the Greater Helsinki area, and we aim to assign workers so that commuting times are reasonable. Having a car is helpful for traveling to surrounding municipalities, but for city center sites, public transport is preferred as parking cannot be guaranteed.
