We are looking for a site manager responsible for concrete and cover works. Are you a construction professional eager for responsibility and a self-directed team player? We are currently seeking site managers for infrastructure projects in various locations. Our client is a diversified construction group with offices across Finland. We are now looking for an experienced site manager for the Uusimaa region. You may have a background as a construction foreman or civil engineer, with strong experience in concrete and cover works. Experience in other infrastructure or earthworks projects is considered an advantage. Good social skills, a people-oriented leadership style, and the ability to prioritize are strengths that will help you succeed. Main responsibilities: - Oversee designated work sites and projects - Monitor project progress and ensure quality outcomes - Manage schedules, safety, and compliance with regulations - Ensure the quality, timeliness, and functionality of additional and change works - Facilitate smooth cooperation within the team and on-site personnel - Responsible for site safety, project cost planning, reporting, and cost tracking.
