Controller - Valtion talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon palvelukeskus

We are seeking a Controller whose primary responsibility is to implement operational and financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analysis, as well as to steer and develop the process. Your duties include the continuous development of internal accounting and pricing, and you will support Palkeet's management and managers in business-oriented operations in various ways. In this role, you will have the opportunity to extensively develop the operating models of your area of responsibility. You have a strong vision of the future target state of your area and can take into account business needs as well as the requirements of the government administration and service center operating environment. You will support the implementation of Palkeet's strategy and the achievement of goals through your strong expertise and actions. You will collaborate actively with both internal and external actors and utilize your networks in stakeholder cooperation. We expect strong subject matter expertise in your area of responsibility, and you are an outgoing and inspiring partner. You will work in a finance and procurement expert team with five colleagues, reporting to the Finance Manager. You will work closely with your colleagues to jointly support Palkeet's success. Interviews will be conducted via Teams in week 33. If necessary, we will use video interviews as a first stage in week 32, followed by individual interviews.
