We are currently seeking two (2) specializing physicians for periods from September 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and from October 1, 2026, to February 14, 2027. What kind of patients do we treat? The demanding rehabilitation department provides rehabilitation services across the Pohde region and partly also to the cooperation area. Typical patient groups include: - Stroke patients - Spinal cord injury and brain injury patients - Polytrauma patients - Patients suffering from musculoskeletal or chronic pain conditions We utilize modern technology and advanced methods in rehabilitation—so you will work at the forefront of the field. Qualifications include a license to practice medicine as specified in the Act on Healthcare Professionals 559/94. We will verify original diplomas and employment certificates during the interview. Applicants must be registered in the register maintained by the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Terhikki and/or Suosikki). The selected candidate must provide a medical statement of health before starting the position (Act on Municipal and Well-being Services 7 §). We observe a trial period of up to 6 months for employment. The trial period can be up to half of the employment duration in fixed-term contracts shorter than 12 months.
