Customer Service Representative Ruka and Kuusamo - Barona Teollisuus Oy - Kuusamo, Finland

We are hiring five employees for a unique combined customer service role, where you will work as a winter season employee at Rukakeskus Oy and continue as a customer service representative at Barona's service center in Kuusamo during the summer season. Winter season (Rukakeskus Oy, December - April) - Customer service at lifts - Operating and monitoring lifts - Ensuring customer safety - Outdoor work in a mountain environment - Shifts Mon-Sun mornings and evenings, 30-37.5 hours/week - Salary according to Ski Resort Industry Collective Agreement (starting at €12.01/hour) Summer season (Barona, May - November) - Customer service via phone and email - Sales-oriented customer service tasks - Assisting customers with subscription and billing issues - Working hours mainly on weekdays from 8 am to 8 pm, 37.5 hours/week - Salary according to ICT sector Collective Agreement (€2113 - €2291/month) + incentive model.
