Property Caretaker - WireStaff Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are looking for a Property Caretaker for our client in Tampere for a long-term position. The property caretaker we seek will independently manage property sites according to maintenance and repair plans and service descriptions. The role includes indoor and outdoor property maintenance tasks, with primary responsibility for indoor work. Good communication skills with property users and company staff are emphasized.
