HVAC Installer for the Capital Region - ISS Palvelut Oy

We are now seeking a competent HVAC INSTALLER to join our team in the capital region! In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC systems in existing properties. The work is performed independently at various customer sites in the capital region, primarily during weekdays from 7:15 to 15:30 (40 hours/week). The position starts as soon as possible, and the employment is temporary until August 31, 2026. The salary will be at least according to the collective agreement for the HVAC sector (19.48 €/h to 20.55 €/h), depending on experience, with possible additional pay for overtime and professional qualification bonuses based on completed certifications. We expect from you: - Relevant education (HVAC / pipe fitter) and previous experience in the field. Welding skills are a strong advantage. - Technical versatility, problem-solving skills, responsible work attitude, and ability to work independently. - At least a B-class driving license, allowing operation of manual transmission vehicles. - Fluent spoken and written Finnish. - Excellent customer service attitude, enabling you to organize your work with the customer and your team. - Good IT skills; proficient in electronic maintenance records and other digital systems. - A clean background; a limited security clearance is required for employment to ensure reliability, in accordance with the Security Clearance Act (726/2014).
