Sales Assistant (Outdoor Store) - Lisäpalvelu - Remote - Global

We are looking for a cheerful and proactive sales assistant for an outdoor store in Vantaa. The job suits especially someone who enjoys physical work, customer service, and wants to learn the diverse tasks of a hardware store. The work is mainly outdoor and physical, including handling timber, bagged goods, and other hardware store products. Tasks include active sales and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, unloading and loading (manually and with machinery), maintaining the cleanliness and availability of your area, and keeping the store appearance and price tags in order. The work varies daily, and customers add their own touch to each day. Requirements include fluent Finnish speaking and writing skills (other languages are a plus), cheerful and positive attitude, initiative and responsibility, good physical condition, willingness to learn and develop, customer service orientation, and motivation. Previous experience is not necessary, only motivation and the right attitude. We offer a 37.5-hour work week, shifts from morning to evening according to store hours (Mon-Fri 7-21, Sat 9-18, Sun 10-18), starting in September, with pay according to the trade sector collective agreement.
