We are now looking for an apartment inspector in Pori! The duties of an apartment inspector include careful inspection of apartments when a tenant moves out. During the inspection, the condition of the apartment is documented in detail with photographs. The inspection is carried out after the previous tenant has moved out, so the apartment is empty during the inspection. The work is independent, and having a personal car is essential. The work is evening work, available on the last day of each month. The work can start anytime between 15:00 and 16:00 on the last day of the month, according to your own schedule. The salary is €12/hour. Employees are also paid a mileage allowance according to the decision of the Finnish Tax Administration. The work is always done on the last day of the month.
