Security Systems Project Manager (Oulu) - Loihde Oyj - Remote - Global

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in security systems to join Loihde's Security Solutions team in Oulu. The role is within Loihde's Security Solutions business unit, where you will be responsible for the comprehensive execution of projects from planning to technical implementation in collaboration with our experts. You will join a team where your daily work involves managing projects, working with clients, and collaborating with Loihde's internal specialists. You will be responsible for project progress, quality, and schedule, actively contributing to shared success. Loihde's Security Solutions unit employs over 400 specialists across Finland. We secure our clients' people and premises and help ensure business continuity by combining our extensive expertise in data, cybersecurity, cloud, and digital services to create stronger security and better user experiences. Your tasks will include managing project finances, schedules, and overall control, ensuring smooth project execution with experts, conducting regular site visits, monitoring project progress, acting as the main contact for clients, and participating in project sales as needed. We seek someone with a proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, planning ability, and a sales-oriented approach to customer work. You need at least 5 years of experience in security systems, project management, and financial responsibility, expertise in security technology systems, good negotiation and communication skills, an independent and decisive work style, a B driver's license, and fluency in Finnish. Bonus skills include strong problem-solving, project sales experience, broader understanding of electronic security systems, initiative, and a desire to develop your skills. The location is in Oulu, with some travel required. Salary is determined based on your skills and will be clarified during the recruitment process. The start date is flexible.
