Condition Monitoring Technician, Keliber Lithium Project - Keliber Oy

Keliber's lithium project in Kaustinen is set to start producing battery-grade lithium hydroxide from its own ore, the first in Europe. The ore will be processed into concentrate and refined into lithium hydroxide, which is essential for lithium-ion batteries supporting a clean energy transition and digital lifestyle. Keliber is a subsidiary of Sibanye-Stillwater, with Finnish Minerals Group as its second-largest owner, developing the lithium-ion battery value chain. During the startup phase, we are seeking a Condition Monitoring Technician to monitor machinery and equipment using various measurement methods, perform preventive maintenance, analyze measurement results, and support production ramp-up at the Kaustinen site. Responsibilities include vibration analysis, thermography, visual inspections, lubrication, data recording in systems like ALMA and SAP, and participating in system implementation and commissioning. Requirements include a relevant degree in mechanical or maintenance engineering, experience in condition monitoring and maintenance, familiarity with measurement devices and software, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude.
