We are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER for a permanent employment contract What does the role involve? Your responsible product groups will be in the world of spare parts for tractors, machinery, and tires. The position is located within the spare parts department team. We will consider your previous background, expertise, and interests when defining the product groups under your responsibility. Your core task is to ensure the profitability, competitiveness, and development of your product groups: - Optimizing sales, margins, and pricing of your product groups—such as machinery and its attachments as well as tires—in accordance with targets - Ensuring product availability together with buyers - Ensuring product quality and compliance, and being responsible for the accuracy of product information - Supplier cooperation with international and domestic suppliers, including tendering and contract negotiations on purchasing terms - Assortment management: searching for new suppliers and products based on customer needs and market prospects, as well as lifecycle management - Coordinating product training and materials - Supporting sales, marketing, and other stakeholders within your area of responsibility - Supplier and customer visits as well as trade fair visits (estimated 10 travel days/year) What kind of person are we looking for? We are looking for a goal-oriented professional with good interaction and negotiation skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work independently. To succeed in this position, you should have a good understanding of wholesale and retail business, master the product group entities you represent, and wish to develop them with a long-term approach. You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English. We require commercial and/or technical education and several years of experience in product management, as well as regular travel to our Kauhajoki office according to our hybrid model.
