Job Description
Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, now operates as a standalone company under the new brand Vivicta. We are a Nordic transformation partner making everyday easier through technology. We are looking for a qualified in-house lawyer for a temporary full-time position in Espoo, Finland, during maternity leave. The role involves reviewing and drafting agreements, supporting customer projects, negotiations, and legal advice in areas such as contract law, company law, public procurement, and IT law. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in legal work, preferably supporting international business, with knowledge of Finnish law, data protection, and IT law. Fluency in English and Finnish is required, Swedish is a plus. The position is from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026, with hybrid/partial remote work possible.
