Senior Manager, Sales Support Lifecycle Services - Hiab - Remote - Global

As Senior Manager, Sales Support Lifecycle Services, you will champion a best-in-class customer experience by delivering comprehensive, total customer lifecycle solutions. By seamlessly integrating service contracts and digital capabilities, you will drive sustainable growth across our HiPerform portfolio. Through close collaboration with Sales and Product Management, you will turn deep customer insights into optimized, profitable market solutions. This position is open for our locations in Finland - Helsinki, Tampere and Raisio. Key responsibilities include leading sales and business growth, developing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, enabling service sales, serving as the primary contact for large customer opportunities, ensuring market alignment with priorities, and contributing to product management. Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, minimum 5 years in a similar sales role, proven business development track record, technical understanding of products, strong customer engagement skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and fluency in English.
