Dining Room Shift Supervisor

The role is to lead the dining room during a shift, ensure smooth service, supervise staff and organise tasks, handle buffet and banquet service, provide customer service and care for guests, collaborate with the kitchen and other staff, and participate in practical dining room duties as needed. Previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is required. Experience as a shift supervisor or dining room supervisor is viewed positively. A proactive and independent work attitude, the ability to lead a shift and make decisions under pressure, good interpersonal and organisational skills, and customer‑oriented approach are expected. Hygienic and serving‑permit credentials are a plus. We offer hourly pay between 16.50–17.50 EUR depending on experience, and a season that runs from mid‑November to Easter. You will have varied days from buffet to banquets and daily operations, with opportunities to grow in shift leadership and supervisory work.
