Electrical Maintenance Manager - Consti Talotekniikka Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are expanding our building technology maintenance and service operations and are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to strengthen our building technology sector in the Pirkanmaa region. As an Electrical Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the organization, customer relationships, and business operations within your area of responsibility in Pirkanmaa. You will be accountable for profitable growth and the financial performance of your area. You will actively participate in acquiring new customers and maintaining and developing customer relationships. You will lead your staff in accordance with good leadership principles, utilizing Consti's management system. You will develop your team’s skills according to business needs and ensure a safe, motivating, and efficient working environment. The position is permanent and full-time, with working hours primarily between 7:00 and 15:30. The start date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. We expect the candidate to have relevant education or strong experience in electrical maintenance, organizing maintenance and repair work, and maintenance management. Experience in bid calculation and profitable business management. Experience in executing small and service contracting projects in electrical maintenance, including scheduling and cost control. Good personnel management skills. Good communication and customer service skills. As a maintenance manager, you are expected to work independently and take responsibility.
