In home care, your work involves diverse and person-centered care and nursing tasks performed in clients' homes. Your duties include basic care as well as medical tasks, and taking care of meals, medication, personal hygiene, and necessary support services. You will be in daily interaction with clients, and a flexible work approach will be beneficial. Although you mainly work independently in the field, you will always have a competent and caring team to support you. What we expect from you: - We can consider you for a practical nurse substitute if you are a licensed practical nurse or a practical nursing student, and you have completed medication administration studies and at least 2/3 of your degree (120 credits) with valid study rights. In the practical nurse substitute role, you can also be a student of nursing or public health nursing with at least 60 credits completed and valid study rights. (The salary for a licensed practical nurse with a medication license is €2,721.38/month) - You have a driver’s license and access to a car; additionally, we hope you have completed the Love medication online tests. - Customer-oriented thinking, good communication skills, and a willingness to develop. Proficiency in Finnish is required for customer and reporting work. The start date for summer work can be agreed upon, and the employment period lasts until the end of July. The trial period is half of the employment duration. The working hours are full-time, shift work, averaging 38 hours and 15 minutes per week. The work includes morning and evening shifts.
