Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking healthcare assistants for an elderly care home in Ivalo (Männikkö) for immediate start through 31 October 2026. We are the first supplier of healthcare assistants in this area for Laphalle. Applicants must have a healthcare assistant education, medical licenses, and approximately 1 year of experience as a healthcare assistant within the last 5 years. A diverse work background is a plus. Licenses must be valid and willingness to work a 3-shift schedule. We pay the healthcare assistant 17.5 €/h plus 9% holiday pay and TES shift allowances. We value a natural ability to work in changing situations and new environments. You should enjoy talking with elderly residents in fluent Finnish.
