Job Description
Korn Ferry is seeking a bilingual Senior Recruiter (French/English) with extensive experience in recruiting for pharmaceutical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles. The role involves building client relationships, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing recruitment processes. The position is hybrid, with 3 days onsite in Toronto and 2 days remote. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in French and English, with over 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ATS expertise, and sourcing skills. Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 CAD.
